What Class Motorhome is it?

Considering buying a Motorhome but not sure where to start? First off, that is awesome! Hopefully your excited and not just nervous but if you are let's see if your mind can start to relax and get into vacation mode picturing that RV vacation.

RV'ing is more than just a fun way to camp, for a growing number of the aging millennials and baby boomers, it can become a lifestyle. In both the U.S. and across Europe more and more people are reviving the freedom that comes from RV'ing. Soon you will know that joy.

So first before you walk into the dealership, let's at least get and idea of what type of Motorhome class we want to consider and then do research from there into brands, prices, and reviews.

Class A

These are the largest of all the Motorhomes. Most commonly built on a commercial truck or bus frame, they are luxurious most spacious.  They have a cockpit, which sits in front of a fully functional home on wheels. With a kitchen, living room, and commonly up to 5 slide out sections, this Motorhome is pretty much as close to home in terms of space, amenities, and luxury.
This camper is ideal for those that plan on staying in it for weeks at a time or more and can afford or need the extra space.

Class A Motorhomes are also available in gas and diesel engines.

Class B

A class B Motorhome is basically a large van converted into a camper. They are built on larger van frames and are taller than traditional vans so that people can stand up inside of them. They do not have any slide out components for extra space, but make use of the space it has. They come with many options and are best for people with light distance travel in mind. Think maybe roundtrip with your best friend or a weekend excursion. Some Class B's are built longer with some unique designs that can allow for sleeping up to 4 people. They also have diesel and gas options.

Class C

A class C Motorhome is a mashup of the "A" & "B"  Motorhomes. They are quickly picked out of the crowd as they are the ones that have the overhanging compartment above the driver's cab, most commonly as a sleeper. Class A's come in a large variety of lengths and are available in a number of options to suite most any adventurer. They usually preferred over a Class A by some because of it can feel easier to handle for those used to driving a truck or large van. Many are built to tow, so you can bring a boat, trailer, or a car with your home away from home when you travel.
